Terms Of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
Welcome to Gabrielle’s Vault.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions that apply when you visit our website, browse our collections, place an order, communicate with us, or otherwise use the services available through Gabrielle’s Vault.
Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gabrielle’s Vault and the business operating the store. The words “you” and “your” refer to visitors, customers, purchasers, and other users of our website.
Gabrielle’s Vault is operated by L4A Apparels and eccomerce, Company Number 752436, VAT Number VAT04226819FH, with a registered address at Posie Row, Claddagh, D17 F838, Dublin, Ireland. Our customer service email is gabriellesvault.contact@gmail.com.
Our online store currently serves customers in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, and Australia.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through our online store.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country, state, province, territory, or region.
Section 1 – About Gabrielle’s Vault
Gabrielle’s Vault is an online fashion store offering women’s fashion, including clothing, accessories, and other fashion-related products available through our website.
Our collections may include in-stock, preorder, made-to-order, limited-production, warehouse-sale, clearance, and promotional products.
Because some Gabrielle’s Vault pieces are produced in smaller quantities or made after an order has been placed, preparation and fulfilment times can vary between products.
We aim to clearly communicate the applicable product status and estimated preparation or dispatch timeframe on the relevant product page.
Gabrielle’s Vault is the trading/store name used for our ecommerce activities.
Our business information is:
Store Name: Gabrielle’s Vault
Company Name: L4A Apparels and eccomerce
Company Number: 752436
VAT Number: VAT04226819FH
Registered Address: Posie Row, Claddagh, D17 F838, Dublin, Ireland

Customers may contact us using the email address above or through the Contact Us form available on our website.
Section 2 – Eligibility & Use of Our Website
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase under the laws applicable to you or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may use Gabrielle’s Vault only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website, products, content, or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorised purposes.
You agree not to interfere with the normal operation, security, availability, or functionality of our website.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, harmful scripts, or other technologies designed to damage, disrupt, access, scrape, manipulate, or interfere with the website or its users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to customer accounts, administrative areas, servers, databases, payment systems, or other restricted systems associated with Gabrielle’s Vault.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused, subject to applicable law.
Section 3 – Product Information
We work to provide clear, accurate, and useful information about the products offered through Gabrielle’s Vault.
Product pages may contain information including:
- Product name
- Product description
- Available sizes
- Available colours
- Materials or composition where applicable
- Product measurements
- Care information
- Price
- Sale price
- Availability
- Preorder or made-to-order status
- Estimated preparation or dispatch time
- Photographs or videos
- Other relevant product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure this information is accurate and current.
However, minor differences may occur between how a product appears on a screen and how it appears in person. Display settings, screen brightness, photography, lighting conditions, and device characteristics can affect the appearance of colours and textures.
Where measurements are provided, small variations may occur because of manufacturing processes or measurement methods.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, photographs, availability information, and any preorder notices carefully before purchasing.
If we discover a material error in a product listing after you place an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and provide appropriate options.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet mandatory consumer guarantees.
Section 4 – Pricing, Currency & Taxes
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency associated with your selected storefront, market, or location where supported.
Prices may vary between countries due to currency conversion, market-specific pricing, taxes, duties, promotions, operating costs, or other legitimate factors.
The price applicable to your purchase will be displayed before you complete checkout.
Shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout where appropriate.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurate.
If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to explain the issue. Where applicable, you will be given an opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected purchase for a refund.
We will not intentionally advertise a price that we do not intend to honour.
Promotional and sale prices may be available for limited periods and may change when a promotion ends.
Taxes may be included in displayed prices or calculated during checkout depending on the destination, storefront configuration, applicable law, and nature of the transaction.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Section 5 – Orders & Order Acceptance
When you place an order through Gabrielle’s Vault, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After your order is submitted, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Where permitted by applicable law, it does not necessarily mean that every item has already been accepted for fulfilment.
We may need to verify information, payment status, product availability, suspected fraud, shipping eligibility, or other reasonable order details before fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- An obvious pricing error occurred
- Payment was not successfully authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity
- The shipping address is incomplete or invalid
- The order cannot legally be shipped to the destination
- A technical error affected the transaction
- The order violates these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We will not cancel orders on arbitrary or discriminatory grounds prohibited by applicable law.
Section 6 – Preorders & Made-to-Order Products
Many Gabrielle’s Vault pieces may be offered through a preorder or made-to-order model.
A preorder or made-to-order product may require additional production and preparation time before it can be dispatched.
Where a product is offered on this basis, we aim to identify that status clearly on the relevant product page.
Estimated production, preparation, availability, dispatch, or delivery information should also be displayed where applicable.
As explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, made-to-order and preorder products may generally require approximately 3–5 weeks for production and preparation, followed by approximately 1–2 weeks of transit after dispatch, unless a different estimate is clearly displayed on the relevant product page.
These timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by production schedules, quality-control requirements, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an individual product page provides a more specific timeframe, customers should refer to the information shown for that particular product.
We encourage customers to consider the stated production and delivery timeframe before ordering a preorder or made-to-order item.
Unless specifically excluded before purchase and where permitted by applicable law, eligible preorder and made-to-order products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Section 7 – Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our checkout.
Available payment options may vary depending on your country, currency, device, payment provider, or other factors.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment transactions may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.
These providers may perform security checks, payment authorisation, fraud screening, identity verification, or other procedures necessary to process the transaction.
We do not require customers to send complete payment-card details directly to our customer service email.
Please never email us your full debit or credit card number, security code, online banking password, or other sensitive authentication credentials.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order may not be processed until valid payment is received.
Payment-provider terms and privacy practices may also apply to your transaction.
Section 8 – Shipping & Delivery
Gabrielle’s Vault currently serves customers in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, and Australia.
Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the fulfilment information provided on our website and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Our current standard shipping rates include:
Tops: €3
Jackets: €5–€8 depending on weight
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where an eligible promotion provides free shipping, the applicable promotional conditions will apply.
Our storefront may periodically offer promotions such as free shipping and a discount when purchasing two or more eligible items. Promotional conditions, eligibility, exclusions, and availability may change and should be reviewed when placing an order.
Delivery times depend on whether the item is in stock, preorder, or made to order.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Carriers, customs authorities, weather, public holidays, peak periods, local postal networks, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Please review our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy for complete information about shipping costs, preparation times, international delivery, tracking, customs, and delivery issues.
Section 9 – Customs, Duties & International Orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs procedures and charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other government-imposed costs.
Such charges are not controlled by Gabrielle’s Vault.
Customs rules vary between the United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, and Australia and can change.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information where required for customs clearance.
A customs charge imposed by a government or carrier does not constitute an additional product charge imposed by Gabrielle’s Vault.
Where duties or taxes are expressly shown as included at checkout, the checkout information will apply to that transaction.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before ordering if you have questions about international delivery.
Section 10 – Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers
From time to time, Gabrielle’s Vault may offer promotional discounts, free shipping, gifts with purchase, sale events, discount codes, warehouse sales, or other special offers.
Each promotion may have its own:
- Start and end date
- Minimum purchase requirement
- Product eligibility
- Country eligibility
- Discount amount
- Quantity requirement
- Exclusions
- Redemption method
- Availability restrictions
Where appropriate, promotional conditions will be displayed alongside the offer or during the purchasing process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot necessarily be combined with other discounts.
Promotional codes must be entered correctly where required before completing checkout.
We cannot guarantee that an expired promotional code can be applied retrospectively.
A promotion may end when its advertised period expires or when promotional stock is exhausted, where clearly disclosed.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct promotions affected by genuine technical errors, fraud, abuse, or accidental publication, subject to applicable consumer law.
Section 11 – Returns & Refunds
We want customers to feel confident shopping with Gabrielle’s Vault.
Eligible products may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
The 14-day period begins from the date the order is delivered, rather than the original order date.
For an ordinary return, products generally need to be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and have their original tags attached.
For ordinary change-of-mind, fit, size, or preference returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would prefer a different size, colour, or product, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for your preferred item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please review our complete Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections.
Section 12 – Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
We want every order to arrive as expected.
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at gabriellesvault.contact@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We may reasonably request photographs or videos where necessary to understand a damaged, defective, or incorrect-product claim.
This evidence helps us assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution.
Evidence of a defect is not required simply because you are making an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, this may include a refund, replacement where available, repair where appropriate, or another applicable remedy.
Section 13 – Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at gabriellesvault.contact@gmail.com.
Because many Gabrielle’s Vault pieces are made to order or prepared specifically after an order is received, production or fulfilment may begin shortly after purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or change requests where possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production, fulfilment, packing, or shipping has begun.
Changes to size, colour, quantity, or shipping address may also be unavailable once an order has progressed.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
Where applicable consumer law provides a right to cancel that cannot legally be restricted by these Terms, that right will continue to apply.
Section 14 – Customer Information & Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or communicating with us.
This includes your:
- Name
- Email address
- Billing information
- Shipping address
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Telephone number where required
- Other information reasonably necessary to fulfil your order
You are responsible for checking this information before completing your purchase.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Please notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Section 15 – Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through Gabrielle’s Vault is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Gabrielle’s Vault or its respective rights holders.
This may include:
- Brand names
- Logos
- Website design
- Product photography
- Graphics
- Product descriptions
- Written copy
- Videos
- Illustrations
- Collection names
- Layouts
- Website elements
- Other original content
You may browse our website and use its content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, republish, modify, scrape, or create unauthorised derivative works from protected content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to website visitors or customers.
Third-party trademarks, names, images, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Section 16 – Reviews, Feedback & User Content
Customers may have opportunities to submit product reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, or other content.
We love hearing about your Gabrielle’s Vault experience, but any content you submit must be honest, lawful, and respectful.
You must not knowingly submit content that:
- Is false or intentionally misleading
- Contains unlawful material
- Infringes another person’s intellectual property
- Contains malicious code
- Contains private information you are not authorised to disclose
- Is threatening, harassing, hateful, or abusive
- Is submitted fraudulently
Where permitted by applicable law, by voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We do not require positive reviews as a condition of customer service.
We will not knowingly present fabricated reviews as genuine customer experiences.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Section 17 – Privacy, Cookies & Electronic Communications
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy.
Depending on how you interact with our website, we may process information to fulfil orders, provide customer service, maintain website security, analyse performance, prevent fraud, and provide marketing where permitted.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functionality, analytics, preferences, security, and advertising.
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or advertising technologies, we will seek the appropriate consent.
Customers may receive necessary transactional communications relating to orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, security, or customer-service requests.
Marketing communications are handled separately and may be unsubscribed from using the available unsubscribe mechanism.
Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about privacy rights available to customers in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, and Australia.
Section 18 – Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may rely on or provide access to services operated by third parties.
These may include:
- Ecommerce platform providers
- Payment processors
- Shipping carriers
- Fulfilment providers
- Analytics services
- Advertising platforms
- Social-media platforms
- Customer-support tools
- Fraud-prevention services
Our website may also contain links to external websites.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms, privacy policies, and business practices.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.
However, nothing in this section removes responsibility that we cannot lawfully exclude for services we are required to provide to you as part of your purchase.
We encourage customers to review relevant third-party terms and privacy information when interacting directly with an external service.
Section 19 – Disclaimer, Liability & Events Outside Our Control
We aim to keep Gabrielle’s Vault available, accurate, secure, and enjoyable to use.
However, websites and ecommerce systems can occasionally experience maintenance, outages, technical problems, third-party disruptions, or other temporary issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or technical error.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, strikes, internet outages, governmental action, war, civil unrest, epidemics, or major infrastructure failures.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude mandatory liability or remedies relating to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable law does not allow a particular limitation or exclusion, that limitation will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
Section 20 – Consumer Rights, Applicable Law & Disputes
Gabrielle’s Vault serves customers in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, and Australia.
Consumer-protection rights vary between these jurisdictions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or override mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
For customers in the United Kingdom, applicable rights may include protections relating to goods, digital transactions, distance selling, unfair contract terms, and other statutory consumer protections.
For customers in France, applicable rights may arise under French consumer law and applicable European Union consumer-protection requirements.
For customers in the United States, consumer rights may vary between federal law and individual state laws.
For customers in Canada, applicable consumer protections may vary between federal and provincial or territorial requirements.
For customers in Australia, customers may have rights and consumer guarantees under applicable Australian consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
Where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence gives you protections that are more favourable than these Terms, those mandatory protections will apply.
These Terms and our business operations are otherwise governed by applicable Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights available to customers in their country of residence.
If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first at gabriellesvault.contact@gmail.com.
We value the opportunity to understand the issue and try to reach a fair solution.
Nothing in this section prevents you from using any complaint, regulatory, court, alternative dispute-resolution, or consumer-protection process that you are legally entitled to use.
Section 21 – Changes to These Terms & Contact Information
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website, policies, technology, payment methods, fulfilment arrangements, legal obligations, or business practices.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the page will be changed.
Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not unlawfully remove rights that already apply to completed purchases.
We encourage customers to review these Terms periodically, particularly before placing a new order.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law without automatically affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to immediately enforce a provision of these Terms does not necessarily constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or our rights.
These Terms should be read together with the policies and information available on our website, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Us page.
If information specifically presented to you during checkout or on a product page provides additional terms applicable to a particular product, promotion, preorder, or transaction, those specific terms should be read together with these Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, an order, our products, or any of our policies, we’re happy to help.
